When attempting to process a tier upgrade with LoyEngineBatch the following error occurs.

"No records exist for the current query.(SBL-DAT-00468)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Give sufficient qualifying points so a member can upgrade to the next tier .
2. Process with LoyEngineBatch
