SSSE Outlook Addin 184.108.40.206 Not Working With MS Outlook 2010 64 Bit

While installing SSSE Outlook Add In Client, Add-in is not getting started. Following all the versions used:
- Siebel 18.104.22.168.0
- MS Outlook 2010 64bit on Windows 7 64 bit
Is MS Outlook 2010 64 bit is supported for SSSE Outlook Add In?
