SSSE Outlook Addin Not Working With MS Outlook 2010 64 Bit

While installing SSSE Outlook Add In Client, Add-in is not getting started. Following all the versions used:

- Siebel
- MS Outlook 2010 64bit on Windows 7 64 bit

Is MS Outlook 2010 64 bit is supported for SSSE Outlook Add In?
