Loyalty Hierarchy Promotion Import Export

On : [IP2014] version, Loyalty

Loyalty Hierarchy Promotion is not restored during Export/Import.

when exporting and importing a Hierarchical Promotion from a source environment to a destination environment, the importing process does not resolve the rules hierarchy on the destination environment.

The import process keeps the PAR_ROW_ID of the S_LOY_PROMO_RL from the source environment, instead of resolving on the destination.


Customer expected that relationship between Parent/Child Promotion Rules were resolved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) From Admin - Promotions, create a Promotion > Rule Type = Hierarchy

2) Added one single Rule 1

3) and a second Rule2 with 2 nodes (Rule 3 and Rule 4) and an Action

4) Export it

5) then have it imported in a different environment.
