Components are Offline After New Installation of IP2015 On Linux with errors SBL-SMI-00152, SBL-SMI-00153 (Doc ID 2057571.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, After successful installation of  IP2015 on linux 6 64 bit OS, All interactive components are going to not online state and below errors are reported in enterprise log.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All components are in Offline State apart from SCBroker, SRBroker and SRProc. Errors recorded in enterprise log

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Components should be in Online State.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 2015 on a New Linux OS
2. Start the siebel services, Connect to server manager and check the status which shows that components are Offline.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the siebel application
