Symptoms
In a Form Child Applet, not all top values are visible in a longer List of Values
STEPS
======
1. Access Open UI screen/view with at least a lower applet.
2. Open a picklist with many values.
3. If the list is vertically up longer the top of the list gets hidden behind the upper menu bar.
