Ineligible Product Being Displayed In Black Color Giving The Impression The Product Is Eligible To Be Sold (Doc ID 2058895.1)

How to Reproduce:

Add a simple product S_Child1 and leave Check Eligibility and Inclusive Eligibility as FALSE

Add a simple product S_Child2 and set Check Eligibility and Inclusive Eligibility to TRUE

Add a simple product S_Child3 and leave Check Eligibility and Inclusive Eligibility as FALSE

Add a new Eligibility matrix for S_Child2 as follows:

Product S_Child2 is available for Account Type = Customer

Create a customizable product Test_Product and add the following structure:

Relationships Domain Type
Test1           Class
Test2           Class

Add Domain Items S_Child1 and S_Child2 for relationship Test1

Add Domain Item S_Child3 for relationship Test2

Create a User Interface as follows:

Option Name: Test_Eligibility
Option Type: High Interactivity
Sequence: 10
Base Theme: Base Theme with Auto Pricing JS
Product Theme: Tab Product Theme JS

Drill Down on Option Name and create two groups as follows:

Group Name Group Theme              Sequence
TAB1       Standard Group Theme JS  10
TAB2       Standard Group Theme JS  20

Add Relationship Test1 to Group Name TAB1 and Relationship Test2 to Group Name TAB2

Release the Test_Prod after configuring it as above and clear the product cache

Create a new account where Account Type = Residential

Create a sales order and associated it with the account created

Add Test_Prod as a sales order line item

Customize this product

In the Configurator Page select S_Child1 from TAB1 and add it to the product structure. Notice that S_Child2 is ineligible (red color)

Navigate to TAB2 and immediately go back to TAB1. Do not pick any product from TAB2 just navigate to TAB2 and return back to TAB1

Notice that S_Child2 is still ineligible from the dropdown box

Remove S_Child1 by setting its qty to 0 and click on Add Item button

Now try selecting the items from the drop down applet in TAB1. S_Child2 does not appear as ineligible anymore. It should be displayed in red color.
