Error in Bulk Request Explode and Import after Implementation of Quickfix QF06AR

After installation of patch QF06AR following issues appeared:
Customer clicks on "Explode" button, then the explode process logs the following exception
"This operation is not allowed when no records are displayed.
Please run a query that returns at least one record or add a new one. (SBL-DAT-00215)"
--> If customer tries to click on explode button again, it will explode successfully if the action does not include attribute value modification.

Customer imports an xml file and gets following error with the first import:
"Error invoking service 'ABO Bulk Request Import Service', method 'Insert' at step 'Insert'.(SBL-BPR-00162)"
On a second attempt error disappears and import is successful.
