Symptoms

Environment:
-------------------
Product Type: Siebel CRM
Version: 8.2.2.14 [IP2014]
OS platform: Linux x86-64
DB: N/S
Env type: Dev

Statement of Issue:
-----------------------------
The WSDL Sentinel.wsdl has been consumed and the outbound web service has been created. The input to the proxy business service is the IO SentinelWS01.Execute. The required IO instance has been created using Workflow Utilities Echo, a Data Map and using PRM ANI Utility Services Set Property. The problem is, whichever way the IO instance is created, when the proxy business service is invoked, it’s divided into 2 properties; one with the name before the dot and the other with the name after the dot. As a result, the required SOAP request document isn’t generated and the expected SOAP response document isn’t returned.

Expected Behavior:
---------------------------
The required SOAP request document is generated and, as a result, the expected SOAP response document is returned.

Actual Behavior:
-----------------------
The required SOAP request document isn’t generated and, as a result, the expected SOAP response document isn’t returned.
