On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No Budget Request data is displayed in Event Plan Expenses view

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects that a previously created budget is displayed in Event plans

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Event Plans > All Event Plans
We created and event plan: BR - PLAN DE EVENTOS

2. Marketing Plans > Budget Request > Tatics
This plan is associated to a budget request: SR - SOLICITUD DE PRESUPUESTO

3. Event Plans > Schedule > Events
Then, event plan: BR - PLAN DE EVENTOS has 2 events: BR - EVENTO 1 and BR - EVENTO 2.

4. Then you create an Expense in the Event Plan > Plan > Expenses view with the following characteristics:
Type: E-COMPRA DE SILLAS
Event: BR - EVENTO 2


Budget request pick applet is blank

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot associate a Budget Request to an Event Plan
