Unable To Get Data From "CMU Billed Usage Item Charges VBC" 3rdlevel VBC In Non Ui Context (Doc ID 2061024.1)

1. configure a View to have where it contains four Applets based on the below
Heirarchy of BC's
   "Account" >"CMU Com Invoice Profile" >"CMU Invoice VBC" >"CMU Billed Usage
Service Charges VBC"
  In the Above Case, the Account is the parent and CMU Com Invoice Profile is
Child of Account, "CMU Invoice VBC" is sub child of "CMU Com Invoice
Profile", CMU Billed Usage Service Charges VBC is the sub child of "CMU Com
Invoice Profile"

2. Wrire a Script in such a Way that we can traverse from the Parent
"Account" BC till to the last sub child BC "CMU Billed Usage Service Charges

3. Now, when we are in the Same view, where this heirarchy is maintained, the
Scripts works fine and all the records are retrived.

4. Now, if we move out of this View and execute the same Script, then not
able to get data from "CMU Billed Usage Item Charges VBC" in case of non UI.
The query returns no records.
