All accrual items expire, say, on Sept 1st. Expiration process kicks off on Sept 2nd. This process might take 1 day. On Sept 2nd if member has not gone through expiration process Business service, his points will be available to redeem and now if he tries to redeem he will get error:
SBL-LTY-00107: Member does not have sufficient number of points available to redeem.
How to allow couple of extra days to redeem available points after the points expire?
