Lead Convert Issue on 220.127.116.11.14
We recently upgraded our production environment from 18.104.22.168.7 to 22.214.171.124.14 patchset and having issues to Convert a Lead which has an DUNS number on the associated prospective contact. This issue is reproducible in 126.96.36.199 standard SRF. We receive the below error message is thrown, when converting a Lead
Error invoking service 'Prospect Promotion Service', method 'Promote' at step 'Promote'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
For instance of Integration Component 'Contact', using user key '[Id] = "2-5UOC7K"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.
Please ensure that the field values in the input message are unique.(SBL-EAI-04381)
Also, this issue is reproducible on the latest patchset 188.8.131.52.17 for IP2013.

Login into Siebel Marketing application
Create a Prospect from List Management screen, with DUNS number populated
Create a Lead from Leads screen and associate the prospect to the lead
Click on 'Convert' button
Due to this, unable to convert Leads
