On : 8.1.1.11.14 [IP2013] version, Siebel Marketing

Lead Convert Issue on 8.1.1.11.14

We recently upgraded our production environment from 8.1.1.11.7 to 8.1.1.11.14 patchset and having issues to Convert a Lead which has an DUNS number on the associated prospective contact. This issue is reproducible in 8.1.1.11 standard SRF. We receive the below error message is thrown, when converting a Lead

[1]Error invoking service 'Prospect Promotion Service', method 'Promote' at step 'Promote'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2]For instance of Integration Component 'Contact', using user key '[Id] = "2-5UOC7K"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.

Please ensure that the field values in the input message are unique.(SBL-EAI-04381)

Also, this issue is reproducible on the latest patchset 8.1.1.11.17 for IP2013.

Login into Siebel Marketing application
Create a Prospect from List Management screen, with DUNS number populated
Create a Lead from Leads screen and associate the prospect to the lead
Click on 'Convert' button
