BRM Product Sync Failing When Multiple Products Have Same Name In Siebel: Multiple Matches Found For Instance Of Integration Component 'SWI Internal Product VOD'

At Siebel it is technically and functionally possible to have two products with the same name.
One can create two products with same name with different organizations.
That means there can be two products with same name - one can be created by a user from "Default Organization" and another can be created by a user from "Test Organization".
For such a scenario, when a product with same name is synchronized via web service (EAI) , the following error occurs:
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create two products in the siebel with the same product name but different Organization .
e.g Test Product 1 /Default Organization
Test Product 1 /Test Organization 1
2. Trigger product sync from BRM for these two products.
