Busy Cursor / UI Broken issue with Toggle Applet and Report Pane.

When you use Toggle Applet in conjunction with Report Pane it seems that the performance of Toggle Applet is influenced in the sense that at first toggle between records UI seems to be corrupted. The behavior is like this:

1) Busy cursor is displayed until default  timeout is reached
2) Subsequent navigation to other record causes "refresh" of whole list of records in List Applet
3) Refresh in the Web Browser improve the responsiveness and leads to the same correct behavior as before activating Report Pane and triggering the toggle

Reproduction Steps:

You need a view with a List Applet on top, and a Form Applet with Toggle on bottom.

1. Create a toggle applet "ATL CANADA Contact Form Applet"  which is a clone of "Contact Form Applet"
2. Make some changes in "ATL CANADA Contact Form Applet"
3. Add the new applet as an applet toggle for the Contact Form Applet like this:
  - record 1:
Applet = ATL CANADA Contact Form Applet
Auto Toggle Field = Personal Country
    Auto Toggle Value = Canada
  - record 2
    Applet = Contact Form Applet
Auto Toggle Field = Personal Country
    Auto Toggle Value = France

4. Compile locked project
5. Log in the application
6. Navigate to Contacts List
7. Create one record with City "Toronto" and one record with City "Lyon" > notice the toggle
8. Logout and re-login to the application
9. Go to Contact List applet on the record that is displayed with "ATL CANADA Contact Form Applet"
10. Open the Report Pane, and then select a record which triggers the toggle
