CTI Configuration Cannot Be Imported in Open UI - IP2014, IP2015

Information in this document applies to any platform.
CTI Configuration cannot be imported in Open UI.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) 'Administration - Communications' > 'All Configurations'
2) Select (or create) Configuration
3) Press button: 'Import Configuration'
4) Select file for Upload
5) Observe Dead link - unable to press OK
