EAI Task Process Requests Very Slowly Due To Frequent Queries For Various System Objects, Web Service And Workflow Process Objects

On : [IP2014] version, System Admin

Customer observes that some of the EAI tasks processes incoming web service requests very slow.  When inspecting the log file from the poor performing task, the task spent a lot of time loading various system objects, web services and workflow related definition/objects.  However, some of the tasks run much faster without having to load such data/information.

The component should be stable and process the web service calls

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Import the webservice in SOAP UI
2. Invoke the webservice call.
3. Observe the behaviour

The issue is happening in production and is highly impacting the users.
