Blank Pick Applet Opens Using F9

In Siebel version : 15.3 [IP2015] , Comms Server & Email Response
Blank Pick applet opens using F9 with External Email Client
On Service Request screen, open a pick applet and observe values displayed.
Then send email using F9 and external email client.
Open another pick applet, and observe that it is now empty, before trying again and seeing the contents displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
OUI 15.3, External Email Client:
1. Open a pick applet on SR => Entries in pick applet are listed
3. O.K. Button
4. Open a pick applet on SR => Applet is empty
5. Open a pick applet on SR (2.time) => Entries in pick applet are listed
Due to this issue, users have to perform operation twice to succeed in displaying data.
