Siebel Outlook Add-In 8.1.1.14 patchset 9 - Setup can't find pre-existent instance
We are not able to install the Siebel Outlook Add-In 8.1.1.14 patchset 9 in a workstation, due to the error:
"Setup did not find any instances for this patch. Please install Siebel application before attempting to apply a patch."
Before that, we successfully installed the Add-In of Clients:
8.1.1.0
8.1.1.14
