Siebel Outlook Add-In 188.8.131.52 patchset 9 - Setup can't find pre-existent instance
We are not able to install the Siebel Outlook Add-In 184.108.40.206 patchset 9 in a workstation, due to the error:
"Setup did not find any instances for this patch. Please install Siebel application before attempting to apply a patch."
