Inactive Catalog Incorrectly Appearing in Info Center Explorer (Doc ID 2065679.1)

Symptoms

An inactive catalog still appears in info center explorer.


Reproduction Steps:
1. Go to Administration- Catalogs => Catalogs set the catalog to inactive
2. Go to Site map- Info center Explorer search for the desired catalog
3. The inactive catalog is still visible
