When attempting to run a custom Workflow that generates a report with two items of the some specific products, the following error occurs.
[1 ] Error executing the sub- process ' VIVO Quote Reports Update Status' in step 'Call status updates quotation ' . ( SBL- BPR- 00183 )
[2 ] Error executing the sub- process ' VIVO Quote Products Reports ' in step 'Call generates contract ' . ( SBL- BPR- 00183 )
[3 ] Error executing the sub- process ' VIVO Quote Products Reports - Intelligent Network ' in step ' Generate Report INTELLIGENT NETWORK ' ( SBL- BPR- 00183 ) .
[4 ] Error executing the sub- process 'VIVO Quote Reports By Product - Rede Inteligente' in step 'Generate Report By Product and UF'.(SBL-BPR-00183)
[5 ] Failed to invoke the service ' XMLP Driver Srvice ' method ' GenerateBIPReport ' in step ' Generate Report' . ( SBL- BPR- 00162 )
[6 ] An end of file error.
Continue or ask the system administrator to check your application's configuration , if the problem persists . ( SBL- DAT- 00393 )
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Quotations> List > query quote (ie 1-54WWSB1 ) > Items > Line Details
2. Add two products named "REDE INTELIGENTE" or "VPN IP" (the issue was identified only when adding two of the products above, it does not happen with all products)
3. Navigate to Contratos and click "Contrato automatico" button. This button calls a custom Workflow that generates the report based on the items added. Error above is displayed
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the report depending on the product they have added.
