Missing list columns in the Remote client list applet after upgrade to Siebel 15 (Doc ID 2065891.1)

Issue statement:
Unable to extract local DB as  the mobile clients creation fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tried creating mobile clients in Administration- siebel remote and getting error "Routing Group ID is required"

Actual Behavior:

After Upgrading the environment to IP2015, i see two mobile clients under the Administration- Siebel remote.

As documented in Doc ID 1967838.1, followed the workaround of using the second mobile clients.

When creating mobile client, getting "routing Group ID" required.

Expected Behavior:
Mobile clients should be created successfully
