In Open UI, Dispatch Board - FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet - Configuration dose not work
We are trying to add new field on the applet - "FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet" based on the Employee BC, but it looks that configuration on this applet does not work properly.
Based on the documentation we have followed the steps to show employee's 'Job Title' field on this applet but it appears that applet just shows the Column header and does not really pull the values/shows the values in the Open UI. That is, Dispatch Board employees' Job Title are shown as blank.
The Dispatch Board employees' Job Title are not blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Creating the Applet User Properties
Perform the following procedure to create a new applet user property named Pane 0 Field 6 and applet user properties for the new column.
To create the applet user properties
1 Lock the FS Dispatch Board project for editing.
2 In Object Explorer, navigate to Applet, and query for the FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet.
3 Navigate to Applet, then Applet User Prop.
NOTE: If Applet User Prop is not visible, then navigate to View, then
Options, select the Object Explorer tab, and then select the Applet User Prop object definition.
4 Query for Pane 0 Field*, making sure to include the wildcard asterisk symbol (*).
All the Employee business component Pane 0 Fields that currently appear on the Gantt chart of the Dispatch Board are listed in order.
5 Copy the Pane 0 Field 3 record, and update the fields in the new record as follows:
a Enter Pane 0 Field 6 as the name for the record.
b Enter Phone in the Value field.
The value field is the name of the field in the business component.
6 Create user property records for the new column.
Information about the records is described in the following table.
Pane 0 Col 6 NM, Phone
NM denotes Header Display Text.
Pane 0 Col 6 Attr 0 IID, 211
IID denotes Unique ID.
Pane 0 Col 6 Attr 1 FLD, Phone
FLD denotes the field of the business component.

Compiling and Viewing the New Field
Perform the following procedure to compile and view the new field on the Gantt chart of the Dispatch Board.
To compile and view the new field
1 Compile the edited objects (the Employee business component and the FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet).
2 Replace the Siebel Repository File (SRF).
3 Restart the client, and navigate to the Dispatch Board.
