Symptoms

Steps to reproduce this matter when Pop up type of the BC is set to Organization
----------------------
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Go to Accounts
3. Filter records (i.e. A*)
4. Open the Pick Applet


Expected results
----------------------
Records in the Pop up Applet should be filtered

Actual results
----------------------
Records in the Pop up Applet are filtered

3. Filter records (i.e. A*)
4. Open the Pick Applet
