Display of Recods issue in My Service Request View/My Department Service Request View (Doc ID 2066694.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.4 SIA [21225] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Once Customer Navigates to "My Service Request" show only the SRs belonging to himself.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once Customer Navigates to "My Service Request" shows the service request belonging to the department.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer has Upgraded from 7.5.3 to version 8.1.1.14
2. Once Customer Navigates to "My Service Request" shows the service request belonging to the department.
3. Once Customer Refresh the View, the issue will be resolved, even some times the still remains if the View is refreshed then Customer has to Navigate to Some other Screen and Navigate back to get the desired results.
4. This Issue do not happens with the vanilla SRF.
