Symptoms

Using 8.1.1.11.14, (or 15.3) when Logged in User is trying to remove himself from Contact Team Member MVG, then the Coverage Team Member MVG applet is showing blank.  The below step to reproduce the problem behavior.

1.Click on Contact Screen Tab.
2.My Contact List view will appear.
3.Drill Down to Last Name.
4.Click on Contact Team MVG Applet.
5.Remove the Login User from Team.
6.Contact Team Popup Applet is Blank.
