ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel LDAP Application Object manager is not accessible. Can't get to the login page itself.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When accessing the application, the login page should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open browser session on client system
2. access siebel application URL: http://SWSE_WEBSERVER:8080/eretail_ldap_deu
3. Instead of siebel login page, browser page shows: "Internet explorer enhanced security configuration is enabled"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the siebel application.
