The customer has upgraded his Siebel Application from Siebel version 18.104.22.168 to Siebel version 22.214.171.124.
After upgrade he observed that in his Siebel Public Sector Application for Arabic (ARA) language, calendar controls are not being displayed properly, however in Siebel Public Sector Application for English (ENU) language it is working fine.
The customer confirmed that same was showing properly in 126.96.36.199. in Siebel Public Sector Application for both Arabic and English languages.
1. Login to the Siebel Public Sector application version 188.8.131.52 for ARA language.
2. Navigate to Calendar > Activity HI Calendar Applet.
3. You will notice that the controls for Date, Owner and Time Zone are not being displayed properly (they are missing).
Because the controls in the "Activity HI Calendar Applet" are not displayed properly, the customer cannot use the Siebel Calendar properly.
