SVP Intra-Account Allocation Not Working On Extended Columns in Consumer Sector (Doc ID 2069489.1)

Symptoms

The Sales Volume Planning (SVP) intra-account allocation is not working on extended columns. 

Aggregation / Allocations are not rolling up and/or down, as expected.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add columns to SVP functionality:
   Add four new columns to S_PROD_BASELINE and S_CG_CAT_BASELN (Add Fields: ABC Base Cases Qty, ABC Base EU, ABC EU, ABC Qty to the Business Components below):

 
CG SVP Product Baseline
CG SVP Product Baseline - Aux
CG SVP Product Baseline
CG SVP Category Baseline
CG SVP Category Baseline - Aux
CG SVP Category Baseline


2. Test aggregation and allocations.

Result:
Out of the four fields added, only one is rolling down the values from the category level to the item level.
None of the four roll up to the upper category levels.
