SSL Configuration Doesnt Work (Doc ID 2069788.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.6 SIA [21233] version, Comms Server & Email Response

We are trying to configure one communication profile to connect to the IMAP server using SSL.
We have installed the SSEP.

The profile we are using is "FE TEST 1" (siebel.ffee.test01@gdscusa.es)
In the profile log we can see:

Enabled settings for SSL...
::setting connection parameters::
protocol: imaps

port: 993
account: SVC_SLKPT_FEETEST01
connection parameters set to client object.
