Restricting special characters in Phone Number Field using DVM expression

User wants to restrict special characters in Phone Number Field. Solution is provided by using FindOneOf function in DVM expression.
DVM is failing for '+' symbol If we enter + in between the Phone Number or if the Phone Number starts with +1 and Phone Number Field should not allow user to enter any special characters like !@#$%^&*()- and even characters.
