Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.9 [IP2013] version, promoted accounts are not visible in D&B Explorer View

Reproduction steps:


1. Log in Siebel Application
2. Go to Site Map --> D&B --> D&B Explorer View
3. See that no promoted accounts are visible.
