Symptoms

ACTUAL OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR
==========================================
When querying a date time field with format as 'm/dd/yyyy Hr:min AM/PM', 00
is getting placed in the seconds place holder like 'm/dd/yyyy hr:min:00'
thus fetching wrong results.

DESIRED BEHAVIOR
=============================
'00' should not be placed in the seconds field while querying on date fields.

REPRO STEPS
===========
1. Change the data type of the planned start field in Activity list applet to
Date TimeNoSec
2. Check for a value in planned start in the DB where the seconds column has
a non zero value.
3. In the activity list applet, query a record using the same value as you
picked in step 2. Make sure you provide the search value in the format
'm/dd/yyyy Hr:min AM/PM'.
4. Hit enter. Note that no results is returned.
