Siebel Applicaiton operations executing integration processes (workflows).
External Application(Oracle WebLogic Server of Fusion Middleware 11g, executing Siebel - Oracle Resource Schedule connector (ORS)) is invoking Siebel Inbound Web Services in the Siebel CRM. The EAI Object Manager component is used to proceed these in Siebel CRM.
Some Siebel Server components such as Workflow Process Manager (WfProcMgr), EAI Object Manager (EAIObjMgr_enu), Siebel High Tech. Application Client (htimObjMgr_enu) and File System Manager (FSMSrvr) are getting out of order:
- existing sessions / task starts hanging.
- requests to open new session / task rapidly exhausting Maximum Tasks settings.
Investigating SQL-activities of Siebel processes, one seems has identified cause of the hang - the blocked SQL-statement:
UPDATE SIEBEL.S_EVT_ACT SET MODIFICATION_NUM = MODIFICATION_NUM WHERE ROW_ID = :B2 AND MODIFICATION_NUM = :B1
Cause of the blocking event is investigated.
