Profile configuration with Responsibility in Open UI

Customer is currently upgrading from Siebel 188.8.131.52 towards Siebel CRM 15.3
When they are in communications and want to reply on an email, we go to a new view to reply, working fine. However when pressing the button send or cancel, we get the following errors (which we did not get before) - see below error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to Communication list screen
- Select an activity Type = Email - Inbound record on the Communications List applet.
- Click on Reply button
- Outgoing Message View - type Reply email body text and click Send button
- Pop up error "SBL-CSR-50243: The profile you have selected no longer exists. Please select a new profile." show up.
