Profile configuration with Responsibility in Open UI (Doc ID 2072041.1)

Symptoms

Customer is currently upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.7 towards Siebel15.3

When they are in communications and want to reply on an email, we go to a new view to reply, working fine. However when pressing the button send or cancel, we get the following errors (which we did not get before) - see below error.

Could you tell us how we can return to the communication list view and how we do not get an error on the profile.

"The profile you have selected no longer exists. Please select a new profile.(SBL-CSR-50243)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Communication list screen
2. Select record
3. Hit Reply button
4. Outgoing Message View - type text and hit 'SEND'...error seen "SBL-CSR-50243: The profile you have selected no longer exists. Please select a new profile."
