Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Installation

Siebel Enterprise Configuration fails on Siebel 8.1.1.10 on OEL6

Gateway was configured, up and running.

There are no errors in the config log file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install gateway and configure

2. Verify gateway is running

3. Verify 32bit Oracle client is installed and database connectivity

4.  Configure a new enterprise using Configuration Wizard

Due to this issue, cannot proceed with Siebel configuration
