Applet Title missing on the Applets Under Group Tab In HI Application (Doc ID 2073199.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a List applet in "Account Summary" context, in the 360 view for the accounts. More specifically: "Com Account List Applet (Hierarchy)".
In High Interactivity, it doesn't show the title of the applet, but in Open UI it shows that title correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The title should be shown in both HI and OUI environments.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login into the Siebel Application
2. Go to Accounts
3. See title in OUI and do not see it in HI
