LOV Value "-" cannot be Selected in Open UI (Doc ID 2073618.1)

The LOV '-' is not selectable from the drop down list when choosing it in Open UI

1) Navigate to Administration - Data > List of Values
2) Search for "ACCOUNT_TYPE"
3) Create a new Entry with the value -
4) Clear Cache
5) Create a new Account and try to select the value '-' in Account Type field.
Note in HI the value can be selected but it cannot be selected in OUI
