Symptoms

On : 7.5.3.17 [16285] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we generate a offers it remains 'In Queue'.
We have restartes the server and the Siebel eDocuments components group appears "Shutdown" but there is no error in the DocServer log.

In dedicated we can generate offers.

This problem duplicates in the production server and that is why the users are blocked.

Offers should be generated ok
