BIP TBUI Report Times Out with SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server

On : 18.104.22.168 [IP2014] version, Reports
When attempting to run TBUI report, the following Error message appears in XMLPReportServer log.
SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server
SBL-EAI-04116: HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'The connection with the server was reset', code: '12031'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps on High Interactivity Client:
• Both Task & Integration Object of the report refer to the same Business Object.
• TBUI View is added in ‘Administration - Application’ --> ‘Views’ in Siebel Client(HI).
• Associate the TBUI view with the report through ‘Administration - BI Publisher Reports’ / ‘View Association’ view in Siebel Client.
• Invoke the TBUI and run the Report from the view associated for Reports.
