Entering A Character In The PickList Does Not Filter The Drop-down Results. (Doc ID 2074189.1)

Symptoms

Configuration Steps
----------------------
1. Identified Applet "Contact List Applet" with Column "Job Title"
2. Added new PickList "TST Job Title" with new Values (Engineer, Software Developer, Sales Manager, Trainer, Curriculum Developer) on BC Contact and Field "Job Title"
3. The PickList is created with the following configuration:
        - Bounded: N
        - BC: Picklist Generic
        - Static: Y
        - Visibility Auto All: N

Reproduction Steps
----------------------
1. Went to Contacts > Contacts List
2. Added Column "Job Title" (it was not displayed)
3. Added a new line, pressed "C" - nothing appears in the dropdown
4. Pressed TAB - "C" remains
5. Pressed the dropdown Icon - No Error, but the list is shown, and there are values containing character "C"

Results
----------------------
Query issue was reproduced, but not the Errors.
NOTE!!! Adding a second character triggers the querying.
