Getting Errors SBL-ERR-1154, SBL-ERR-1108/1106/1112/1103 While FULL GET in Siebel Tools

On : [IP2013] version, Installation

Customer is not able to perform FULL GET in the Siebel Tools.
Getting various errors.

1. Siebel-Err-1154 Unable to Export Table to File.
2. Siebel-Err-1108:Unable to write to Compressed File.
3. Siebel-Err-1106
4. Siebel-ERR-1103

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Start FULL GET

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,developers can not work on the Tools.
