The Date Value inconsistent on OUI IP14 and IP15 (Doc ID 2074642.1)

Symptoms

IP14 context:
-----------------------
The Date value on Financial Transactions View for Open UI Siebel Application should be null as per in HI Siebel Application

The Date value on Financial Transactions view on Open UI Siebel Application is different when compared with the Siebel HI Siebel Application.
The Date value on Financial Transactions view for Open UI Siebel Application should be null but it is displaying Today's date.

Context: User is getting the data for Financial Transactions from external system ICC & the Siebel should display as blank if the date is set to 01/01/0001 00:00:00 in ICC System.
However, the JQuery Date Picker in Open UI is picking up today's date.

The Date value on Financial Transactions view for Siebel Open UI Application should be null however it is displaying Today's date.
The Upgrade has been done from Siebel 8.1.19 -> Siebel 8.1.1.14.5 on Pre Production environment.

IP15 context:
-----------------------

Users are trying to enter value 13122015 in date control > It throws a validation: "13122015": Can't convert formatted string to its internal representation. Check if your data is in correct format.
Post that change, the format to 12132015 it doesn't get set to correct format like '12/13/2015'.


Steps
----------------------
1. Login into Siebel Application
2. Go to Site Map > Query for All Invoices
3. Create a new record
4. Add into Invoice Date field the below values:
a. 01/01/0001 00:00:00
b. 01/11/2015 00:00:00
c. 01/01/001
d. 13/13/2015

Expected results
----------------------
a. 01/01/0001 00:00:00 > Blank filed or Null Date 01/01/0001 00:00:00
b. 01/11/2015 00:00:00 > 01/11/2015 00:00:00
c. 01/01/001 > Not a valid data
d. 13/13/2015 > Error pop-up appears

Actual results

----------------------
a. 01/01/0001 00:00:00 > Current date 11/05/2015 12:00:00 AM
b. 01/11/2015 00:00:00 > 01/11/2015 00:00:00
c. 01/01/001 > Current date 11/05/2015 12:00:00 AM
d. 13/13/2015 > Error pop-up appears, data is changed in the current date
