On : 8.1.1.11.10 [IP2013] version, Siebel EAI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Date value MM/DD/YYYY is not reaching the workflow when invokes the inbound web service and the value is present in the inbound request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Date value should be reaching the workflow from inbound webservice.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the wsdl into SOAP UI
2. Invoke the inbound webservice


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
UAT test cases are blocked as the expected date format is not working for many services, it might impact go-live if not taken care
