We would like to request your assistance in validating the feasibility of our client's requirement. Please see requirements below:

Requirement: Administer Field Read Only conditions based on user responsibility using Administrative Functions only; No Configurations involved.

Note: Initial configuration can be done but after implementation, maintenance of Field Read Only Conditions are only done administratively or in Siebel Client only.

1. This requirement is applicable to New and Existing Responsibilities.
2. This is applicable to new and existing fields.

We have not yet done any configuration for this as we are still trying to identify how to implement this requirement. Can you please provide suggestions in implementing this requirement?
