Custom Radion Button Field Not Visible In "Send Communication Applet" In Siebel HI Mode.

Customer is facing an issue with Custom Radio button on "Send Communication Applet" that is not visible in HI application. But the same custom radio button is visible in Open-UI mode.
1. Using Siebel Tools, navigate to "Send Communication Applet".
2. Create a Custom Radio Button "Test RD" and associate it to "Email
Attachment Flag" field of "Comm Outbound Email" BC.
3. Add the radio button to "Edit" Web Template of the Applet.
4. Compile the Applet and launch either Financial Services and
eCommunications in High-Interactivity mode.
5. From the Home Page, press F9 to bring up "Send Communication Applet".
6. Notice the custom radio button "Test RD" is not visible on the applet.
7. Launch the application in Open-UI mode. Here, the "Send Communication
Applet" displays the custom radio button.
