Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.14 [IP2013] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account name is not displayed on adding a list to Event - Participants --> Registration Tab

Users have to refresh the button for the account information to display.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that "Company" information is displayed as soon as Participants data are added to the Event.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create a List of contacts through List Management
2) Create an Event
3) Navigate to Event --> Participant --> Registration Tab
4) Click on Add List button and select the list created in step 1
5) Contacts are added but the Account field does not populate the associated account details.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users User have to refresh the button for the account information to display.
