Information in this document applies to any platform.
1. Run the report for non-ENU Locale through Business Service simulator
2. Pass the Null value for the LoginId argument Or pass a different User id.
3. After report is executed, application locale is changing to the Locale report is being executed for.
4. Observe all the Date and numeric fields data is showing as per the changed Locale settings.
