Records In "Account Organization Analysis Applet" Are Not Deleted Until Page Is Refreshed

On : 184.108.40.206.10 [IP2014] version, when a user deletes a record in Account Organization Analysis Applet, this doesn't disappear from the list until the page is refreshed.
1. Go to Accounts Screen - > Account Organization Analysis Applet
2. Press CTRL+D and click OK to the pop up applet.
The record doesn't disappear until the page is refreshed.
