After install latest AIX 7.1 or AIX 6.1 patches Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver stop pulling email using Email Response module with IMAP.

When attempting to use JMailClient.jar and mail.jar that came with the Siebel 184.108.40.206 install, email is not getting retrieved.
Just recently, the AIX OS was patched to 6100-09-04-1441, and Siebel is no longer able to connect to the mail sever using the existing JavaMail client.
The following error occurs in Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver log files:
IMAPSMTP[08/24/2015 03:37:09]:DBG:getting message count from email server inbox folder...
Cannot complete operation. JMail client in invalid state!
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Configure Siebel Email Response to use Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver.
2) Install the latest AIX 7.1 and AIX 6.1 patches on the Siebel Server
3) The Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver is not able to pull the email from the mail boxes anymore.
The behavior can be observer in AIX 7.1 and AIX 6.1 after install the latest IBM AIX patches such as after going from AIX 7.1 ML 1 to AIX 7.1 ML 3.
When using the JMailClient from AIX comand line such as bellow:
java -Djava.class.path="/vol1/siebel/javamail-1.4.5/mail.jar:/vol1/siebel/15.0/ses/siebsrvr/lib/JMailClient.jar" com/siebel/scomm/emaildriver/JMailClient /u imapuser /p imapuserpass /s imapserver.test.com /o 143 /r imap
It works fine and it is able to connect and see the email in the mail box.
