Goal

We're on IP2014 Patchset 7 and are looking to implement CRM Desktop. We're looking for the following information,

1. Any specific CRM Desktop Licenses required?
2. Any specific server configuration for CRM Desktop implementation
3. Oracle Download link for CRM Desktop Software

Please note that end users use desktop/laptop (32bit) and tablet (64 bit). Browser used is IE11.
